As many of you should be aware, Comcast has provided cable TV programing here for the last five years. Up to August of
2010, it was a fair program for us to provide. However, in August 2010 Comcast made several changes resulting in much
less programming for more money. We decided to look elsewhere for TV programing and just signed up with Senior TV for
better and lower cost satellite TV programing. At this point in time we would like to get everyone switched over to the NEW
IN-HOUSE system.

WHY SWITCH?

More channels for a cheaper price. The OLD Comcast Bulk Rate we charged was $20.00 per month for lots of channels.
This was a fairly good deal until Comcast changed things. The new Comcast bulk rates resulted in a cost of $13.00 per
month with a major reduction in channel selection. We had received a lot of complaints from residents when Comcast made
these changes.

WHAT'S SENIOR TV GOING TO COST?

The NEW Senior TV cable system will be $18.00 per month and have lots of great channels included. Additionally there will
be an on screen TV GUIDE and a Facility channel that will be for our use for announcements and various events. This
system also allows us to broadcast movies. This is a much better system that gives us more options. It simply does not
make any sense to stay with Comcast.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

We will NOT be endorsing Comcast service in the building starting next month. Individuals that would prefer to stay with
Comcast will need to deal directly with Comcast for all service and programing.

All residents on the South Side in a double room will need to sign up to get the new Senior TV service. If you are
purchasing BASIC COMCAST through us, we will automatically switch you to Senior TV, however, we will need a new Senior
TV agreement to be signed. This is provided in our rates for all Private rooms and Senior Suites Assisted Living.

If you are one of the few who signed up to purchase ADDITIONAL programming through Comcast, you should call us to
discuss chaning to Senior TV. Once you have signed up with us for Senior TV, YOU will have to call COMCAST to cancel
your account.

Please feel free to contact us.
