The Senior Suites of New Brighton are operated by the New Brighton Care Center. New Brighton Care Center and Park
River Estates Care Center in Coon Rapids are owned and operated by North Cities Health Care Inc.
The Senior Suites are part of the New Brighton Care Center Campus.
The Senior Suites are distinct form the Long Term Care Facility, yet clients have the security of knowing that emergencies
are responded to by using the in-apartment wireless pendent call system. The facility staffs 24 hours per day, 365 days a
year with licensed staff.
The Senior Suites are licensed as a Housing with Services and as an Assisted Living Provider by the state of Minnesota.
The apartments and services cater to a frail senior population who no longer can live totally independent but are not yet in
need of Long Term Care services.

The Senior Suites Assisted living staffs nursing 24 hours a day. We only allow Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses
& Trained Medication Assistants administer medications.
We provide multiple levels of security to ensure tenants are safe.
RESPITE CARE NOW AVAILABLE
Our Respite program provides planned short-term and time-limited breaks for families who are currently taking care of a
senior relative/friend. We offer a comprehensive range of nursing services to meet the clients medical needs. Respite Care
rooms are charged on a daily rate. Medical services are separate.
Besides giving care givers a break, Respite Care also provides a positive experience for the person receiving care.

The salon is open on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday on-site. Gift Certificates can be purchased in the business office.
Wireless Internet
Tenants have access to Wireless Internet services. This service is available at no extra charge.
Direct Dial Phone Service
Each room has a phone with a direct dial phone number. No need to set up outside phone services. This service is available
at no extra charge for private paying residents. This service is available to tenants on Elderly Waiver for a nominal fee.
Senior TV Satellite
Each room has Senior TV Satellite services. There are 33 channels available. This service is available at no extra charge.

Lunch and Dinner are included in the base rate. Breakfast can be added for a minimal daily/monthly charge. There are
always two choices for each meal. If tenant doesn't like either choice, soup and sandwich is always available. Monthly menus
are provided to each tenant and posted throughout the building.
Laundry & Housekeeping
Laundry/Housekeeping services are included in the base rate. Full housekeeping services are done once a week. Laundry
services are also provided once a week. Additional services can be purchased.

There are daily activities scheduled throughout the day.
